Adewole Aderogba - Managing Director
Adewole is a “returnee” with 18 years experience in the UK Building Services and Facilities Management industry. Having spent his early career with Satchwell Control Systems (Schneider Group), he worked with the UK facilities management giant, Mitie Group in the 1990s before joining ABB Building Technologies in 2002 as Business Controller.
In January 2004 Mr. Aderogba was one of 20 senior executives involved in a management buy-out from ABB Group. As right-hand to the MD, he was instrumental in transforming the new company (Inviron Limited) from a struggling M&E installation business into one of the UK’s most admired Facilities Management companies. Inviron’s portfolio of contracts included Heathrow, Stansted & Manchester Airports, The Houses of Parliament, Airbus' factory in Bristol and more than 20 major shopping malls across the UK.
In February 2011 Inviron was acquired by Dutch Group - Imtech Plc ($4bn turnover) at which point Mr. Aderogba took the opportunity to return home to contribute his international experience to the Nigerian FM industry.
Sam Ihediohama - Head of Operations
Sam “lives and breathes” Facilities Management and is passionate about maintaining consistently high standards both personally and through his teams.
He studied Industrial Maintenance Engineering at Yaba College of Technology graduating with a B.Tech. with an MSc. in Facilities Management at the University of Lagos. He is a qualified safety officer with several HSE, HSSE and Fire Training courses under his belt.
Having started his career as a maintenance engineer in 2004 he has spent the last seven years developing as an FM professional, initially at Safmarine Logistics, later Handy Multi-solutions Ltd and then as Technical Operations Manager for Klinex Nigeria Limited, controlling multi-site FM operations for clients such as MAERSK at Lilypond Container Terminal, Ijora and OKLNG at their Ikoyi head office, leading a complement of 14 technical and 23 non-technical staff. Sam joined RapidFM in 2011
Deji A. Ogunyemi – GM Business Development
Deji A. Ogunyemi has over a decade experience in Sales and Marketing and another decade in Facilities Management both in Nigerian and Canada.
He started his career in Sales and Marketing at May & Baker Nigeria PLC as a Sales Representative in 1995 and rose to become Product Manager handling the anti malarial product lines. Thereafter, he was appointed the Facilities Manager of May & Baker Nigeria PLC, overseeing a portfolio of assets worth over N1billion. It was at this time the company was building a new Ultra modern Pharmaceutical and Food processing Factory in Ota, Ogun State.
In 2006, Deji relocated to Canada where he worked as assistant to the Property Manager at Alton Towers, Ontario and later attended the Real Estate College Ontario. He became a graduate registered Realtor in 2008 and joined the renowned Remax Realty Brokerage in Toronto, Canada. He returned home in 2012 to contribute to the Nigerian Real Estate space and his passion for property is infectious.
Deji also has a BSc. (Hons.) Pharmacology from College of Medicine, University of Lagos.
